The network of the smallest blood vessels delivers oxygen and nutrients to our cells. Here is a plain-language look at what that means and what BEMER technology offers.

Microcirculation is blood flow in the body's smallest vessels – arterioles, capillaries and venules. This is where the actual exchange between blood and tissue takes place. According to the BEMER Compendium (2015, pp. 5–6), microvessels account for about 74% of the total cross-sectional area of all vascular segments.
Oxygen and nutrients reach the cells.
Waste products and carbon dioxide leave the tissues.
The rhythmic, spontaneous contraction and dilation of small vessels helps distribute blood flow (Compendium 2015, pp. 10–11).
In diabetes the condition of small vessels is an especially important topic, so it is worth discussing with your doctor.
BEMER is a device that uses a physical signal – a weak, pulsed electromagnetic field – developed by the manufacturer to support microcirculation.
It is non-invasive: used lying on a mat or with an applicator, following the instructions. It is not a medicine and does not replace medical treatment.
Four situations where microcirculation and recovery often come up. For personal advice, email or call me.
